AQHA-NZ held its 2025AGM and afollowing council meeting this past weekend and from that discussion, our 2026National Show which we have booked with you from the 23rd March to the 29thMarch. We would like to add another tentative booking with you for the week ofthe 6th April through to the 12th April. Please see theattached booking form.

This would possibly be betterfor some of the reining association members that will attend there Nationals atyour grounds on the 2nd to the 5th to then continue on tothe AQHANZ National show

Please let me know if thegrounds are available and if all this is ok.

Obviously we will need to cancelof the bookings as soon as we can confirm some other aspects which our showcommittee is working on to firm up our commitment.
